After cycling on "l'avenue verte Paris London", cycle Dieppe Paris enjoy a copious breakfast : home made
Savour an inventive cuisine adapted to regional produce, according to the season and….the cook’s mood. Depending on her inspiration, Chloé will prepare for you a Dieppe stew… asparagus floating in a whisked egg white and « custard » sauce, guinea fowl with cherries…trout pate…frozen mango mousse... The garden provides the vegetables and the fowl from farms in the Oise and Normandy area.
All meat (beef, veal, lamb, pork) and of course poultry and fowl originate EXCLUSIVELY from surrounding farms, certain of which are classified as « biological agriculture ». Cheeses, fresh cream and butter too, are all produced by local dairy farms.
