Day 1: Welcome and installation in your guest house, Aperitif with Alain, your speaker (true specialist of the local gastronomy, winemaker and passionate Tarn). Free dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast, early duck transformation course.
From the whole duck, you'll embark on the preparation of cracklings, magret, confit (thighs and sleeves) and of course foie gras .. (veining, cutting etc ..).
A lunch, all dedicated to duck, cooked together, will be served on site.
You will take away all the dishes prepared and sterilized for your own consumption.
An unforgettable day and very friendly.

- 2 nights in a guest room, basic "double room, 2 pers' breakfast included
- The day (8:30 am / 17.30) duck processing

In the morning you prepare a complete menu with Benjamin with the Tarn specialty Examples:

Rolled effervescent sole and red onion sauce, accompanying Season
Tarn cow cottage cheese in a glass and 3 coulis
Millefeuilles goat
Duck with figs skewers, seasonal accompaniment

After lunch, you go with your guide to explore the Albigensian Heritage.
